### GET /context/leaderboard

Returns the paper-trading strategies stored in the API-owned leaderboard repository, ordered by `display_rank`.

**Response — `200`**

If the repository cannot be read, the endpoint returns `503 leaderboard_store_unavailable`; it never fabricates leaderboard rows.

## Note on copy execution

When trader discovery ships, these endpoints will remain context-only. Actual execution belongs on the [deployment surface](/runtime/deployments).
